Worst experience ever. First off the customer call center gave me the wrong address and sent me and hour out of my way. Customer call center also gave tons of incorrect information. Then I arrived for my appointment, later because I had to backtrack, and he tells me it won’t take but 1-2 hours and I ended up being there for over 5 hours. The tech had to melt downs while working on my car, the first where he ran off screaming I hate this car and the second where he ran off into the parking lot hitting his head. This was after the told me I was done and my car wouldn’t start. I was told by the other tech a manager would be reaching out to me for the experience and no one ever reached out. I was also told when he called that we would Prbly work out a credit on my account for the difficulties and that didn’t happen either. I didn’t know I had other options for this and had I known I would have gone somewhere else.

It’s not safe to get ur hands off the wheel having to look down N make sure ur u blew in this machine but having to test ten times within 15 min for some body who has never violated it shouldn’t be so active especially while driving in traffic

At QuickStart / Monitech, our employees continuously test our units to understand our consumer's experience and we know that when first installed, the alert for a random retest can be anxiety producing. We use this information and consumer feedback like yours to design devices that take away as much of the stress of using an IID as possible. In response to your specific concern about random retests, state regulations, not the interlock industry, determine the frequency of random retests and the time period in which they must be taken prior to recording the event as a missed test. In most states, users have 5-6 minutes to maneuver their vehicle to a safe location to take the test. We advise pulling over to take your test.

What will the dmv do to me,if my IID come loose from the cord,I put the cord back into the device as soon a the IID sounded a warning sound, and I pulled over as instructed and turn off the engine, blew and passed.

I've been waiting for four days almost to get a tech to come help me. My interlock is broken and not my fault. Thursday when I went in for my regular service appt the tech guy had problems with my unit so he gave another one well it broke . It says unable to text. Keeps saying this. My car is at work so I have car!!! Why is this taking four days to get a technician to come out and fix a problem that is not my fault. I'm calling my lawyer and I'm switching to a different company I'm not putting up with this anymore. I've called monitec four times, every day but today and I'm give them one more hour to call me. This is so ridiculous. And unfair. I pay my bill every month .
