The Molblly tri-fold mattress that I purchased and received from Molblly (on Nov. 29, 2023) made my body ache every time I slept on the Molblly mattress. When I sleep on other brand mattress(es) that is not the Molblly tri-fold mattress, I do not have such body aches. I called Molblly and left messages (more than 3 times) requesting call me back regarding the mattress issue. Molblly never called me back. On 12/7/2023, I emailed Molblly requesting to return the mattress, Today (12/20/2023), I am still waiting for Molblly responding about the product return.

I paid almost $500 and I didn’t receive anything, Molbly has changed the delivery address and it is a scam, please be careful

If you have a problem with the mattress and you try to contact customer service, they will inform you that you have to pay the shipping fees (which are much more expensive than the price of the mattress) or you have to keep the the mattress with you and they will offer you an amount of $30. So there is no real warranty on the mattress. I will also quote the email I received from them. [“If you apply for a return, you need to bear the return shipping cost and go through a complicated return process,” “I wonder if this will cause you difficulties? ………..$30 This way you can avoid a complicated return process”]

They false advertise their mattresses to be 14 inches and after 3 months my mattress has never gone past 11 inches. Contacted customer service and they tried to refund me $30 for a $400 mattress to keep from making a complaint or writing a bad review. Tried to write a review on Amazon but Amazon rejected it. This company pays Amazon to reject bad reviews to allow them to have a higher rating which in return allows them to sell bad mattresses. Stay away from this company.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Smh I did so much research. Hoping to buy the best bed & I decided on the modern gel memory foam, because of the awesome description it has but the bed is horrible, it’s extremely hard & uncomfortable & it doesn’t rise up to to the height that you bought it for or at least mine didn’t.

2 days using mattress and have a gigant hole in it. They said I have to pay for return or they can give me a $30 refund. Never will buy there again that’s for sure.

I did not get what I ordered, and no response from the company. I ordered the 14" and it only measures 10"!

Worst service of my life, my purchase didn’t come and you don’t give me any solution
