Customer service sucks! Very hard to get ahold of. I paid for two twin mattresses that only one delivered & no one is getting back in touch. Only asking for Molblly to make it right for this inconvenience!!

When my mattress arrived it had a mattress cover on. I inspected it before putting it on my bed and everything seemed fine. It wasnt until i went to wash the cover i discovered a huge MOLD PATCH. I reached out to them and it turned into a massive dibacle. First offering me like a $30 refund. After days of back and forth and them gaslighting me trying to say i caused the mold (even though the cover was not damaged, i never spilled and it was on the UNDER side of my mattress they relented and offered me a refund. Only it didnt happen like that. Instead they refunded BOTH of my mattress insurance. So no i have one uninsured mattress and one moldy mattress and the total was still LESS than what i paid for the mattress. Now they arent even responding. There was other bothersome stuff that didnt sit well with me, like them telling me i had to return the moldy mattress. Like how do i fit it in the box? It wont fit in my car, not to mention its literally illigal to ship a biohazard through regular mail. Im so frustrated and disappointed, especially since i researched so much and put so much effort into buying the right mattress

DO NOT ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered on Jan 16, expected delivery on the 22nd. On the 20th, I read on FedEx tracker that it stated, “Customer not available or business closed” and “Barcode label unreadable and replaced”. On the 22nd, I found out that item was delivered at 11:30 am but in Edison, New Jersey which is questionable since location of delivery should be in Jamaica, New York. I called FedEx and was told that package was returned to seller. It has been my third day of contacting their customer service and it takes them one day to only respond once. They have always justified that it has been delivered and for me to look for the item in the yard or in my neighbors 🤬🥴. I requested a refund as well, and they are not processing it as it has been “delivered”. It is still unresolved today Jan 25. I spent $240 for NOTHING. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ON THIS COMPANY.

We purchased 3 beds all at the same time. They came from different places, and different places of manufacturing. After taking the beds out of the vacuum packaging, and putting them on the bed frames and allowing them to expand we noticed the corners were not opening up. We contacted the company to get replacements and were met with a negative experience. Wait longer, you can pay for return shipping and wait for inspection... Etc. Needless to say, it's expensive to ship a mattress, let alone 3 of them. Waste of money and poor customer service.

DON’T BUY!!!! 365 night trial is a lie and the customer service is horrible! There is a permanent indentation of where my husband sleeps and where I sleep. Customer service said it is not a quality issue and I can return the mattress to their overseas location which they said would be very expensive for me! The worst hybrid mattress ever!!!!
