Modani Chicago has great collection of furniture and the sales team at the store were very helpful. I bought an $7000 sectional and it got delivered 2 months later with a defective power recliner. I have been chasing the post sales team since January 2020 to get it replaced but no response to my calls or emails so far. Worst customer service that I have ever seen!

I purchased a bed frame and the fabric has started to peel and bubble in numerous locations. I called customer service to report the problem and was abruptly told it only has a one week warranty. I am very disappointed with the craftsmanship, quality, and customer service after paying a substantial amount of money for a bed frame. A reputable company should stand behind their products.

Extremely poor Customer service. I bought an expensive couch, with white glove delivery and last week they delivered two mis matched parts of a sectional. I am based in Houston and this is extremely inconvenient, do not know when this will get fixed. Still waiting on Customer Service response. The sofa is unusable. We paid close to $5000 and this calls for a monetory compensation as well as fixing it immediately. We took a day off to receive now need to take more time off, also don't know when this will be fixed. Extremely disappointed .

I need to report that I had a terrible experience with Miami Store. I bought a couch on November 12th 2019 to be delivered on December 18th which never happened.... In January after multiple calls to follow up on that I'm told that the order was delayed but I wasn't informed because the sales person that sold me the couch left the company. Tried multiple times to reach Mrs Kim Suazo (Miami Biscayne Store) to have a conclusion and never got an answer. Today I receive a call from a different employee stating that the couch is ready and after asking for compensation for all this mess I'm offered a $70 credit? Is that a JOKE? HIGHLY DISCOURAGE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have very bad experience on costumer service l we have some problems with our Chairs, I send an email with pictures about my problem two months ago and still waiting for some one to response, we went to the Frisco Store and they will contact the regional supervisor but we still haven’t not response, l think we deserve good service for expensive furniture and two months waiting l believe is not right

Modani delivered the product (leather sofa) INCOMPLETE, without the mattress, therefore it cannot be used. After more than a week, I am still waiting! Store personnel is unreliable after the sale. The district manager of the North East Area in NY guaranteed delivery today, sent a new sofa, again without mattress. So we cannot use the furniture, that we purchased and paid in full. Clearly Modani does not have a quality process on the furniture, to check that the product delivered is complete. Customer service is unresponsive: they leave you online for 30 minutes, and then hang up without a response. No-one responds to emails, until the situation is such, that a complaint is the only option, to inform all other customers of how Modani are working. I want to receive a refund, they must remove this unusable product so we can buy a complete sofa bed from another store and get it delivered complete and timely. I will consult with my lawyer about a monetary claim.

Hicimos una compra en noviembre, estamos a finales de enero y no tenemos nuestros muebles completos porque hacen los envíos mal. Y además quieren cobrarnos por el envío cuando ya estaba pagado y fue error de ellos no entregar completo, se deberían de responsabilizar por sus errores. En Modani te atienden bien cuando te quieren vender pero una vez que venden no te dan seguimiento y te atienden de lo PEOR. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE no volvería a comprar en Modani JAMÁS!! No vale la pena.
