Friendly - good explanation

I've been shopping for a mobile alert system for my Dad for several days. With other companies the sales people were like vultures. I've gotten 8 calls from one of the other companies in 2 days. MobileHelp was very professional and clearly explained things. The prices are reasonable and the devices have great functionality. I feel like this was the right choice.
