The Mobile Help agent was so helpful
The agent, Paula, l believe, was extraordinarily efficient, polite, patient and thorough in her explanation of the service I sought for my 92 year-old mother, who lives with me and is prone to falling. Having moved into a new home with all rooms on one floor approximately a year ago, it was important - and she agrees, wholeheartedly - to have an additional layer of protection for her while I am at work dayside.

Sales Department
This review is for the Sales Department. I am a new customer and have not received the equipment yet. The knowledge of the salesman and his patience to answer all my questions was exceptional. He was professional and courteous throughout.
