The support personnel patience

Mobile Help gives me the comfort of knowing that I am only a button push away from help at any time. It makes me feel safe.

When my mother alerted MobileHelp, they spoke with her via the device, and then called me and relayed the information. That was very helpful.

I have this monitor in place for my elderly mother. She fell a few weeks ago and Mobile Help called assistance for her. She did end up in the hospital and is currently staying with me as she recovers but we are looking forward to her being able to return to her home with Mobile Help just a button push away.

Have used Mobile Help for many years, as it offered a fall detector accessory and covered ne when I was still driving and active beyond my home. Now at age 94 I am less mobile but still glad to know that I have a ready contact both at home and even when put of range of the home monitor.

Easy to use and i dont have to think about it. Family geels like I'm safer.

I have fallen a couple of times and MobilHelp services got me back up off the floor. The last time, I had to be taken to Urgent Care; thankfully nothing was broken. Since I live alone, I did not become the old lady that laid on the floor forever. Thanks so much.
