Got MobileHelp for my stepmom so she could try and live back home…We moved her back home Saturday and three days later we moved her back to the assisted living home. While my brother and I were loading the mechanical bed, FedEx was bringing the MobileHelp. MobileHelp was very understanding and allowed me to return the package for a refund. That’s customer service..!!!

I appreciate that they stay really on top of things. They recently sent me a new fall pendant that is rechargable. I didn't know my battery is low but they monitor that and always send me a new one really fast with a prepaid envelope to send the old one back. And this pendant has been a godsend for me, help here immediately! Thanks so much for all you do!
