When I lost my communication fob you helped me find it.

After wearing the button round my neck for several years ( I think about 10) there came an evening where I needed help. Fell, could not get up and had to press that thing. True, had to press twice but after that everything happened quickly. The two young men from the ambulance were very kind and competent, took me hospital and waited with me until I got a cubicle. My very thanks to them. You see I am 91 years old, broke my hip and am living alone.

Everyone I speak to when I call is kind, patient and helpful and when I fell recently and pushed my button the fire dept. was here right away. A day or so later I got call from you to be sure everything went well. The service was great from beginning to end and I can't thank you enough.

They are there if I need help.

I feel more protected when I go out when I do my photography & perhaps when not many people are around to help me if needed.

Having this alarm gives me peace of mind. Staff is very responsive and helpful whenever needed such as when my dog chewed my pendant!
