The phone representatives are always very patient, professional and friendly. All of those are important factors when you're doing something with equipment that is so very important to you and your well-being!

The 'tech' that helped me was knowledgeable, thorough, spoke clearly and slowly enough to be understood with clearly pronounced words; unusual in today's electronic gizmo age where the OGMs are spoken so rapidly and so poorly pronounced as to be unintelligable (how to speak is clearly needed).

Timeliness of response. Patience from your rep in helping me set up new device!

I'm perfectly satisfied with the response I've received from MobileHelp. Actually, I didn't call for help, but accidently I must have pressed the call button - and the response by MobileHelp was quick. That told me that if ever I need help, MobileHelp will come to me. It's comforting.

Speedy replies! Will deliver messages to love ones when there is no power.

1 Ease of use. People will use the equipment if it's simple to use. 2 Customer service is excellent. I have never had an issue that wasn't corrected or explain on the first call.
