It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The customer service representative Paula Briggs explained everything to me and was able to answer all of my questions. She really listened to me. Paula is great at her job.

I appreciate your readiness when I test the system cause this reassures me you will and are READY if and when I need MOBILE HELP! Thanks. Please DO NOT raise your fee for this service! People like I am in a fixed budget cannot afford it! So keep as is, please unless you can lower this monthly fee! ????👍
