Good customer service from Scott
I spoke with Scott. He was very polite and helpful. I have been looking at different security plans. I think that nearly all of the different plans started with $19.95 a month. I am on a fixed income since my husband passed away so I have to be careful with what I receive. Scott answered all of my questions and was very patient. I look forward to having this security.

Call was answered quickly and…
Call was answered quickly and professionally. My questions were answered after a brief hold. Customer service rep was knowledgeable and took less than five minutes to answer my concern and make changes in the system.
