It has been less then a half day, since I joined. The sales Matthew was very knowledgeable about the business and that was helpful.

I received my unit today (on expected date) and got it setup. One problem I had was getting the lock box to open but a Customer Service gentleman walked me through an alternate method. Another was going through the test action where I ended up with a Help Wanted operator who resolved my mistake. Hope to do better next time.

I am pleased with everything MobileHelp has provided for my protection. I recently fell three times and didn’t have the strength to get up. My wife wanted me to get protection for falls.

It worked the first time my mother needed it, although I thought she was in at home. Either she needed to be more specific about her location or they needed to be more specific about her location when contacting me. You could provide a little more explanation about how the system works for the user and the family members who are alerted as to what the process is. We were both confused about what to do and where she was at.

It was ok. Felt a bit pressured.
