Great customer service when ordering
Great customer service when ordering. Explained clearly what's available without pressure. Husband already had to use it after 3 days. They spoke to him, called me and sent help Thank you

Your response was fast I am very well pleased in the equipment I can see it is top line I feel confident wearing your pendant around my neck I know if I fall I can get help fast I am not a new customer but an old one come back I wore your pendant for years I fell several times.my pendant never let me down

Such a nice person named Francine helped me chose the best alert system for my needs. She was very helpful and knowledgeable .
