Didn't know I had to have a prescription until after I paid and I couldn't get a refund smfh

I ordered products weeks ago and still have not received anything. You charged my credit card and I don't have anything. You people are thieves and I will be posting on Facebook to stay away from your website and NEVER order anything from you. I know my review will never be seen but I will never forget how you stole from me and will let everyone know this.

Hi Ms Shackelford we do see that your ordered a prescription product from our web site, as with all prescription products that are ordered on our web site you were asked while placing your order if you had a prescription or if you needed a prescription. You did not choose the option that you needed a prescription and did not provide us with a prescription - this is why our team made several attempts to contact you. Also, you were never charged for this order, as a company policy we do not charge for prescription orders until we have the prescription from your physician or we have brought you thru our treatment process for treatment and a prescription. If you would like to complete our process and be treated by our physicians please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

This is a scam, I never got an email confirmation or received my product... lost $20 smh. Don’t waste your time purchasing from this site

Hi Elijah we apologize for your experience, we do see that you did not have a prescription and did not want to be treated by one of our telehealth physicians for the prescription product that you ordered, your order was canceled and no monies were owed to you because we do not charge for orders until they are approved and ready to ship. I am very disappointed with this company. I have been on hormonal therapy for 10 years and never dealt with such incompetence. If you have POF or a more complicated hormonal issue I do NOT recommend this company. If you decide to use them ask for their credentials. They claim to have doctors, but don't seem to know what they are doing. When I decided to cancel the program, Katie was rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional, she couldn't return my phone calls after I asked multiple times for a copy of my test results and my month wasn't over yet, but she decided not to take my calls anymore. I was bleeding for 2 months non-stop and they acted like it was nothing and it's normal. Again, I have been on hormonal therapy with real doctors and that was never the case. I am extremely disappointed in this company, and I didn't appreciate their carelessness. Btw, I was never referred to go to my doctor, pre existing condition...hormonal imbalance. If you can't provide proper service, why even offer it? Additionally, I canceled the program they didn't, as a matter of fact they got angry and dismissive when I did. Your response is dishonest, and just added to my disappointment and trust worthiness of this company. Don't offer a service you guys aren't qualified to handle. They are liars. I was never disqualified, I don't even know what they are talking about. Making up lies as they go.

The products and the treatment that you were seeking from us require us to ensure that you have met all medical guidelines as our process states to be treated safely and successfully. When a patient does not meet the treatment guidelines then we will refer them to their primary care provider to ensure the safety of our patients and their healthcare. We are sorry that you did not qualify for the program and again encourage you to meet with your primary care provider so that you can obtain the treatment that you need under the close care and monitoring of your local physician.

I ordered and paid for a prescription.....I was given a tracking number and on the day it was supposed to deliver I noticed it had never left the pharmacy....I called and was told it was shipping out that day. 4 days later it still has never shipped...I called again and told it would ship today. Now I have no tracking number but they have taken money....scam
