They were great help but couldn't deliver exactly what I needed in a relatively reasonable amount of time. Had to order blank balls instead of imprinted ones due to backorders.

The balls were average, logo printed better on some than others. Also, ups lost the box so we did not have them in time for our event we ordered them for.

About one third of my order was not well done, the imprinting was stuck to the plastic bag so the message was not clear on the ball. I was happy that the owner replied to my concerns immediately and was willing to correct the mistake but the time it took to redo the order was not done in time for my event so some of the balls looked terrible but the ones that looked good were well received.

The logo that was custom designed was great. However, the footballs were much smaller than they looked on the website. Had I known, I would have picked a larger size. Also, the plastic footballs were really hard. I would have selected the foam ones. A better description of the difference between the footballs would have been helpful. The service was excellent! Everything arrived on time.

It was alright for a rush job on my part.
