Josh Lucas was great to work with, and provided excellent support & guidance whenever needed...and especially to an audience that had no previous experience or understanding of the Minitab Software. Additionally, Josh was very patient and understanding during our rather lengthy internal approval processes. Really appreciated all of Josh's help!

Dennis Corbin, the instructor is very knowledgeable. and most importantly, his way of teaching kept me engaged throughout the teaching session. Secondly, he provided the copies of his teaching notes in Power Point presentation which definitely is a big aid when re-visiting the material during real life scenarios in performing Data Analysis. For me personally, a big help in performing Gage R&R Analysis for my SPI [Solder Paste Inspection] system as part of Measurement System Analysis. A lot more to continued learning, to happen in the near future!

My knowledge of statistics was rather limited, however I was totally able to follow the entire course and learned a lot. I really felt comfortable during the training asking any 'silly' questions and really liked the positive vibe.
