I was really taking creatine on a hit or miss basis. Now that I'm taking it regularly, I feel the difference and am glad I began making it part of my routine.

I love that the colostrum + product provides a nutrient that tastes great, supports my gut health, skin, joints and more. Mixed into my coffee it's a great start to my daily routine.

I have been taking MINDBODY creatine for several years. I’m 73, weight train 3-4 times a week, walk, hot yoga and play pickle ball. I truly can’t say whether creatine is beneficial for me but I do have more muscle definition than ever before. Also, I have constipation issues and have tried everything. I recently starting taking the fiber and I can honestly say, I think I found something that really works for me.
