Online most stores sell at similar price due to competition. Sooo what differentiates is availability, customer service and shipping. Midway often offers free shipping on over $49 purchase but the free shipping is way, way, too slow. Sometimes I forget that I even ordered something. Disappointing since getting things quickly is a lot of fun. I would not mind it if the product price was lower but it's not.

I have had nothing but great experience with my previous orders. However, that is not my latest experience. Lost shipment (UPS/Post Office Sure delivery). Package lost; up to me now to wait 15 days (per Midway rep I finally reached via email) for them to trace my stuff. They are blasé once paid. I won’t be back.

Like a lot of company, they send an email stating the order was shipped, NOT. Their system creates a label and it can be and most likely will be days before it's shipped. I'm looking for another supplier with better business model.

Paid for Next Day Delivery on parts in stock. Midway USA lost my order and now tells me I have to wait 9 days before they will re-send it. UPS never received it from Midway USA. Wow, I paid for Next Day Delivery for a reason, I needed it fast. Customer service would not help me

Midway is shipping defective products. 2 months back I ordered a Frankford Arsenal inertial bullet puller. It arrived missing parts with some parts loose in the packaging. It was returned and I got a good replacement. More recently, I ordered a Lee 8 X 56R factory crimp. It arrived with the inner crimping sleeve jammed all the way up in the housing making it worthless. I got a refund (they had no replacements). Their return policy is good BUT ONE DOES NOT PURCHASE A PRODUCT IN ORDER TO RETURN IT. Their shipping department is not looking at what they are sending out. Twice within 2 months. I will think twice before going back to Midway.

Got a tracking number on March 30th, had to file a claim today as the the tracking shows the package hasn't moved, just got a text update as of this writing at 8:13pm, my package has now moved, to St Louis, no shipping eta given, all this after I got a refund and a reorder, midway claims usps is to blame, I can't say, the first rep I dealt with told me I had to wait another week, he was unaware of a policy change, there's chaos at midway it seems, you've been warned. Last year their shipping was dead on perfect

Over the years I have spent thousands with this company from optics, reloading gear and supplies, to accessories. They have consistently become less. From poorly packaged items to random order drops. Now the controlling of sales one per household limit based on where you live, on items that will not last a day to "prevent hording"-Midway. Also Midway: "first come first serve". Perhaps they like so many have forgotten America. It is so very sad. - Zac

Free shipping has become a joke at Midway. It’s hard for me to find any qualifying items that I need. The items I need are eliminated for quantity restriction. I understand having a quantity limit on some items such as bullets and primers but, end caps for a wet tumbler?,media sifter?, case holder for a trimmer? Who orders more than one of these things anyway? The restriction however forces you to either buy products you really don’t need or pay that big shipping cost.
