I love my ring it’s absolutely gorgeous! My only qualm is that on standard diamond testers it tests as moissanite being that it does not conduct electricity the same as a natural diamond. This is due to the fact that lab diamonds hardly have any imperfections, Backwards I know...but it gave a scare. They should mention this but rest assured the diamond is real!

The ring and the customer service while I ordered the ring were great! I did run in to a few issues while trying to get it resizes, namely that they never gave me instructions after charging me (nor an explanation of what the charges covered, as I paid shipping and insurance).

Only Con: I wished the pendant was a liitle bigger instead of the same size of the earrings. Looks like you just put an earring on a chain.

Upon receiving the ring, I was a bit skeptical on "lab created" and "diamond hybrid", but to my surprise, it looked better than most diamonds that I have seen from my experience. The picture on their website and social media pages does the diamond itself not enough justice. Once I opened the box and saw how the natural light bounced off the ring, I was sold. I would have given this review five stars, but there were a couple of issues with the ring itself. The prongs for the center stone were regular prongs when we had asked for the "claw" prongs. When MiaDonna showed up the initial design, they assured us that it only looked like regular prongs, and were to be shaped during the final stages of putting together the ring. Along with that, our baguettes that came with the ring were not the same size. The placement of the baguettes were different so they could look somewhat similar when looking down at the ring, but you can tell something is off when looking at a side view. My wife loved her ring so much that she decided to keep the ring despite the small oversights. I'm pretty sure if we e-mail MiaDonna to get these flaws corrected, they would be of phenomenal help assisting us, as they have been so patient and helpful throughout my purchasing process. Overall, do no let their prices fool you! Their quality is outstanding and we support everything they stand for.

There were issues with logistics/shipping and I had to re-schedule my original engagement plans. They righted it with quick 2-day, weekend delivery shipping and I re-scheduled on my end. Everything ended up being perfect!

My fiancee and I knew that we wanted a conflict free diamond but we didn't know where to start looking. We first found MiaDonna dot com and loved all the rings. We spent some time in the showroom and loved all the personal attention that we got. When it came time to order the ring it was convenient to use the web pay portal.

We tried on rings/bands at home through the try on at home feature. Great idea! Arrived quickly. This way you get an idea of what the bands would look like and the size of "diamond". They also made it really simple to return when the 3 days were up. It would have been nice to be able to try on any of the bands in their selection, not just certain styles/or they band was out of stock at the time. Great concept with a couple minor flaws.
