Pulled a fast one today on customers. Auto pay and credit cards refused payment. Have to go to store and pay in cash, WITH FEE. Far as I'm concerned it was merely a scam to make more $, quick. Excuse was - Happened because system was down or whatever.

Overall satisfied but since its tied into Tmobile I will be changing my service to a more reliable customer service orientated cellular service company.... Franchise's are not customer service oriented.

Poor quality phones. No follow-ups. Calling customer service means calling around the world and there is no point in obtaining anyone's ID. Their solution is always to get you to buy another phone. No company is offering you new phones to switch with them and leave Metro. Customer service could be so much better.
