The cbd oil helps sleep longer
The cbd oil helps sleep longer. This is definitely worth a try. Seems to have a cumulative effect over several days. I also hold it as long as I can under my tongue to really get the full effects. I would highly recommend holding it longer if you can. The natural flavor is subtle and good too. Excellent product, I will purchase again.

I recommend
I decided to give Mello CBD a try because of a recommendation from a good friend who also uses cbd oil. All I can say is that I HIGHLY recommend them! the most immediate benefit that I've noticed is the improved sleep. I've noticed other benefits as well such as my stress levels and muscle pains with consistent use.
