I thought the MDSave website was a bit tricky to understand. Luckily, the hospital staff helping me over the phone, was able to talk me through the process.

Easy to use.

It was very easy to find a facility and to schedule an appointment, yet prices are still ridiculous. I saved a little bit vs paying out of pocket, yet not as much as I would have liked to. If you do not have insurance to cover you, this is a great alternative.

Overall a easy experience, had a little trouble with the hospital figuring out how to use the code.

After a delay in receiving a response about a concern pertaining to my policy I wrote a review. The company read the review and immediately responded. I’m looking forward to seeing confirmation of the edits to my plan. I’ll come back to write another review when completed. I appreciate their response because nothing replaces peace of mind that your policy covers your trip appropriately.

I love the discount. But the list of providers needs to be updated. I went through 3 different providers with the voucher; 1 no longer participates, and 2 didn't have the services they claimed on MD save. But every customer service agent was very helpful.

Quick & Easy

MD Save makes it easy to shop pricing and pay ahead of time. I injured my shoulder and arm and my doctor wanted an MRI. I was able to use MDSave to get a very good price on an MRI at a location about 45 mins away. For me to save hundreds of dollars it was worth a little bit of a drive. I only wish they had more options for other services in my area. I live very close to a large city but unfortunately I can’t find a good deal anywhere near me for breast exams. I would have to travel 4+ hours. Hopefully this will change someday!
