The price is good but I still haven’t received my results! It’s been over a week going in to 2 weeks. They told me it would only take 2 days. Not very happy. Also can’t get a hold of anyone to get any information.

You didn't add any value, you simply duped Boulder Community Health into partnering with you and charging me an extra $120. You should be shamed at least if not dragged into Senate hearings.

I have been fighting the finance department of my healthcare provider for over a month. They were billing me for over twice the advertised price in mdsave.com. They did not inform me I needed to prepay you, or that you were a trusted third party for electronic payment. As of today, I have not been advised that my electronic payment to mdsave.com has been forwarded to my healthcare provider. I am dismayed how cash patients are treated.

No one could explain to me what this is or why I needed to pay MDsave. And when it took FOREVER at registration to make the prepayment, my doctor decided I didn't need both procedures and so it took another hour of my time back at reception to initiate a refund, which I still haven't received.

I have used MDSave previously with good satisfaction. My recent procedure was for Prostate Biopsy (in office), including pathology services. The pathology services were performed by the hospital that my doctor is affiliated with. Although the doctor's office did not communicate the MDSave voucher information to the hospital for billing, I did follow up with the hospital, doctor's office and MDSave to get resolved. MDSave was not effective in getting the pathology costs covered. I escalated this issue within the hospital management and worked out costs with the hospital directly as MDSave was of no help to get the charges covered. I requested a refund from MDSave for the incremental portion of the voucher related to the pathology services, but MDSave has not responded to my requests. Follow up and communication of issue status from MDSave was very poor. MDSave no longer offers a voucher for the Biopsy with pathology services in my area.

Had my test done over a week ago. Neither my doctor or I have seen any results . No one knows where the results are
