Doctor was great! Correctly diagnosed my issue and gave me appropriate treatment which worked wonderfully. He was nice and respectful. My only complaint was it took a long time for the system to get me to a doctor. Maybe they need more doctors???

I was truly impressed how efficient the whole system was with having a Dr call you back and the reminders leading up to it!

Responded to in less than an hour, the longest I’ve ever had to wait but still reasonable. Dr was a bit dismissive and I was unsure the diagnosis was correct but followed orders. After following up with my PCP I was diagnosed with strep, not a viral infection as diagnosed.

QUICK AND EASY. Very convenient. The only issue I had was troubleshooting my video camera- their support documentation was kind of thin, so I just used my phone.

Long wait and I was over charged. The assistant lady told me she was starting a ticket to get me a partial refund tho, and was very simpathetic to my vomiting. So was the doctor.
