My wife created an account and requested live appointment, paid fee. Message said they would call, they never did, but a message did eventually show up saying session was over. Seems like a scam.

Incorrect diagnosis. Nothing but a ripoff!

Like everyone else says. Worthless. They will ask you a bunch of questions, give a diagnosis in 30 seconds which amounts to "sounds like a you problem", and then if you reach out to customer support they will say the same thing and hang up on you. The "care" part in healthcare suggest an actual service. How this isn't nakedly fraud is beyond me. They don't provide any actual care as you can see from the reviews. Just stay sick - you're better off.

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to see a doctor. They call me back and tell me I’m in the queue and then they call me back and tell me they have no doctors available till after eight so they tell me they’ll put me in the waiting room and they canceled my whole entire call this whole time I’m sitting at home and I’m in pain waiting for a doctor. It started at two in the afternoon I didn’t hear till a doctor till 10 at night and then he wouldn’t help me absolutely horrible horrible service.

Can not get into acct. The worst app and company I have ever dealt with. So bad, I'm am no longer going to use and will go without my meds cause it is overwhelming each time I try anything with this stupid ass company

Horrible back-and-forth about an incorrectly coded check-up that was billed at a much higher tier. Been through three rounds of the same conversation with them and each one has amnesia about what happened in the previous conversation. The people on the call sound nice. They seem to want to help. I cannot fathom where the issue is coming from.

The therapists and people you deal with are great. The platform is the issue. The platform makes you listen to about 1 minute of legal ease every time you call, before speaking with anyone for any type of assistance - not just speaking with a Dr. or therapist - even website help. You have to rate MD live very time you book an appointment before allowing the booking to complete including marketing questions! In the process of speaking of logging in and speaking to anyone you will repeat your name, date of birth, phone number I estimate 3-4 times. This platform wastes so much of your time.

Failed to transmit meds to pharmacy after repeated customer support calls. I wish I had used another service
