Wait time from the time I made the appointment to the time the Doctor called was quick. Doctor called on-time and seemed caring, if not a bit rushed. Overall, I’m happy with the service and will use again. I highly recommend.

Its hard to evaluate over the phone. The Dr was very nice, but the scrip the Dr sent in was anti-inflammatory, I continued to be in so much pain, I went to urgent care. The Dr there gave me a a muscle relaxer seems to be helping better.

Good, attentive doctor however the prescribed medicine did not help with the condition.

Appointments went well, except the medicine I received the first time didn't work for my sinus infection and I had to call back in. The other thing is the phone connection seems to break up and it's always hard to hear, and the doctors usually talk over me before I can explain all my systems.

Another quick appointment through MDLive. I was seen within 30 minutes, and the doctor provided the care that I needed. I usually leave a top rating, but in this instance there was a delay somewhere in the system when it came to issuing my prescription, which required me to call the MDLive on-call nurse section to remedy. Once I called, the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. Besides that issue, this was another great appointment that saved me a lot of time and effort compared with trying to get an appointment at an office.

Everything went really well and the Doctor certainly got me taken care of. The wait time was short and the process was convenient. My only issue is the cost. Why would you charge me $55 for a 2 minute conversation....? Service is great, price is too high! William
