My overall experience is as better than fair. I could tell it still has some kinks to work out, for example the front end setup was clumsy and tedious. The actual visit with the doctor was painless and accurate. Prescription was called in and timely. End result, I got better and believed the diagnosis was correct. Price was right, that’s for sure.

Honestly ratung is more like 2.5 stars. Plus was having access to a doc on a holiday weekend. Minus was that the doc did not seem engaged or have any form of what I would consider empathy or bedside manner at all. I felt like I was another patient in a long boring day day for the doc and the quicker he got through the call the better for him.

The doctor didn’t prescribe something for my pink eye which I have to pay later in the week for doctor to cure my pink eye. The doctor seemed clueless of what I had.

The service is great. I have had 3/4 excellent experiences and would rate the service much higher except... someone called me at 10:15 pm to ask me how my recent appointment experience had gone. Woke me up on a work night with the adrenaline that comes with assuming the only reason anyone would call at that time would be a family emergency. The person calling for a review stated that they had gotten confused over time zones. Easy to do, but still, if it is your job - get it right. Besides, she thought she was calling at 9:15 and that is too late also.

The doctor was awesome and easy Scheduling was impossible online I had to call and they put in a “secret” code I didn’t have. I put in my insurance information online and gave it to the person on the phone yet I got 12 emails stating my insurance information wasn’t uploaded and to click the link and the link went nowhere but the home page. I called the 800 number and gave my insurance info to 4 different agents 4 different days because I continued to emails from the company about my insurance information was missing. The last agent says they were waiting for my insurance to respond. I called my insurance before I scheduled my appoint to get the rate; I’m sure medication billing takes a long tome but I got 3 emails a day and continued to call med live and it was STRESSFUL. Supposedly I won’t have this issue next time but when insurance is involved everything gets complicated!

Whilst the consult was fine, I had an eye issue which the doctor I spoke to was not qualified to treat appropriately. I should have been advised to see an ophthalmologist. Whilst the treatment I was advised wasn't wrong, I needed specialist knowledge and a systemic treatment rather than a topical one
