Great experience from start to finish. Shipping was quick, especially considering it was coming from overseas. When the case arrived, I realized that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and offered to send me a replacement at no charge other than shipping. That level of customer service says a lot about the company. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size case, however the return process was incredibly easy! I was worried returning the item and waiting for a new one would be time and money consuming, however they gave me the option to keep the case and sent me a a link to buy the correct one at a lower cost! I ordered my phone case from MaxPureCases bc of the price but their customer service has been phenomenal! The post office delivered my package to the wrong house so I didn’t receive my case for over a month. MaxPureCases was responsive and helpful to each email I sent as I negotiated the USPS search process. When the case was finally found, I realized I had ordered the wrong size case! The company offered to replace the case at no additional cost, other than the shipping cost for the new case. I would definitely order from MaxPureCases again and highly recommend them!
