Ordered lowers. It was over the holidays and I didn't hear back for a few weeks. Tried calling but no answer. Eventually initiated a chargeback after 3 weeks which was approved by Matrix. Then they still shipped my order a few weeks later. Very pleasantly surprised. Lowers are very nice, and would definitely order again.

Nice fit and finish. Easy swap from a standard ar15 upper to this AR9 upper. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid ar9 upper for a build.
