The order came on time and was very tasty. The portions were on the small side for my taste, however, they were surprisingly filling.

Hi Monica, Thank you so much for your review! We use macrobiotic principles to balance our meals so your body can maximize the benefit it receives from the food. The experience with this is that our clients find they are "satisfied with less than they are used to eating" as you describe. This is one of the keys to successfully promoting health and natural weight loss with our food because you can eat less without feeling deprived or overly hungry, (which is often what makes "diets" fail). We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the meals!

Sarah was so very helpful, every single dish is amazing and flavorful, low sodium, and filling. Their packaging is recyclable or reusable. It's also the most affordable, customizable meal delivery service (ready-made) that I've been able to find, WITH a wide shipping radius!!!

It was very easy to order from Macro Mediterranean online, I was notified of the shipping date after the staff confirmed and clarified my online order . Food was clearly labeled with name of the food and heating instructions. All the entrees I ordered were deliscious and I had no digestive issues, which I frequently experience after eating certain foods. I also ordered the chocolate chip walkmeal and carrot cake and they were a delightful and delicious addition to the entrees . Andrea R. Pennsylvania

One day I googled prepared meal delivery out of laziness and came across Macro Mediterranean. I never tried vegetarian, never mind vegan, but figured it was worth a try. The food is awesome, I've ordered multiple times.
