Helpful service!
I had never used Lyte before and did not realize I would need to transfer my tickets in TicketMaster. I was out of service for the weekend and didn’t see the emails from Lyte telling me to transfer the tickets to them, but Lily was able to extend my ticket return period allowing my return.
