I accidentally had a type in my email and my ticket for a festival wasn’t showing up. Within a day or so the Lyte team had it all figured out. Very much appreciated!!

I was trying to return tickets through the exchange for an event that is tomorrow. I tried two ways to do that through lyte.com: one attempt told me I was too late and had missed the sales event; the other told me my email/account couldn't be found. Rachel assured me the exchange was still active and gave me simple instructions for next steps. I was able to submit a return request and got a reply from Gene who found my account and gave me simple instructions to access it. My account was recognized and tickets were immediately accepted/exchanged. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Rachel and Gene!
