On August 13, 2026, I was automatically charged €59 (VTS RECR LUMIUS) without clear consent. I have not used their service and immediately emailed customer support requesting a cancellation and a full refund. It has been almost a week, and they completely ignore my emails. This is unacceptable customer service. I demand an immediate full refund for this unauthorized charge.
