Jake excels at customer service. I had issue with shipping company delivery - Jake resolved, I have had questions about underlayment, transitions etc ... Jake provided information and the prices are excellent!

Jake went out of his way to get me the information I needed, check in along the way that I was getting everything smoothly, answered lots of questions beyond the scope of the sale, and remedied an issue with 0 delay. I would recommend these guys over and over for how helpful they were.
