I've been impressed with how efficient ordering from them has been. Ordered on a Wednesday and received by Friday! They saved us further delays on the project and saved us money! Jake has been very helpful getting the right items we needed!

Great customer service! The staff was amicable and helpful. I even asked for a discount...unfortunately never heard back on any discount available. I was prepared to pay whatever to get the floor since the flooring was discontinued. I did not get a deal, but I don't think I was taken advantage of either.

Customer service was prompt with response and helpful. There was a mixup with delivery and it took longer than expected. One box of flooring was damaged but able to make it work.
