Jacket is in good shape, one of the buckles doesn't clasp well, but it can be fixed. Con discount pricing was a good deal too, may have to order the red jacket version in the future as well...

This company has many products. They can even customize them to your size. Their site is easy to use and has a good flow. You do get immediate feedback from their customer support. The jacket I purchased was initially missing a particular patch, which was the main reason i bought the jacket. But they did say they will send me a new jacket for free. And when they sent me my new jacket, it in perfect condition and i received before Halloween night!

The service was fantastic. Very helpful. And the cost for having jacket custom tailored was well worth every penny. My only reservations are with the jacket design, and they are very minor. I'm quite happy with my purchase and would happily purchase again.
