One star rating is even too much. I booked, confirmed, received itinerary and when I wasn’t emailed the tickets I called and they said that flight wasn’t available and claimed I wasn’t charged, yet my bank account says differently.

Scam, made a reservation, never received ticket, called them to cancel, as I saw reviews online about this company, they told that everything settled, after 8 days I received unauthorized charge to my card 3 times at Frontier airlines, never received any emails or whatever, blocked a card, filled dispute, avoid them!

Zero stars if I could. They promised and “half way confirmed” my flight. A few hours later I get multiple calls and emails from them saying my flight hasn’t been confirmed but they can confirm it if I upgrade it.. they are scammers trying to make money. When you say no, they will try to offer you a better “deal”.

this company is a SCAM. booked online very easily, gave ALL my information including credit card. I get a call from a number based out of "Florida" from a man with a heavy accent. He would not say anything other than "this fare is not available and the price has increased." he would not cancel the reservation. now I'm calling the bank to cancel my credit card and potentially MORE fraudulent charges. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. too good to be true for these ticket prices. STAY AWAY from lowfarebuddy.

This is absolutely a bait-and-switch scam company. I thought it was a website I had used before, but it wasn't. They gave me a good price for flights to NYC, but then called and tried to get me pay about double. When I protested, they got ugly and told me I wouldn't get a penny back. My flights were supposed to be on American Airlines, but the guy tried to force me to fly out of a different city 3 hours away and then placed an unauthorized charge on my card for Spirit Airlines. I had to dispute the charge, freeze my card and have a new one issued because of this horrible experience. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Scam!!! Beware!!! Advertising extremely low prices. You give them your credit card info. But when you request an electronic ticket they tell you that that promotion is no longer available and offer you an expensive price.
