Great customer service
I bought the program, but I haven't tried it yet, I did however have a few questions during the install and their customer service dept was great! If you need to contact them for anything, ask for James. He's their best person.

Always responds in simple language and with practical solutions. Also very pleasant and helpful making sure they follow through to full resolution. I'm very satisfied.
