Lively RootReviews of livelyroot.com

Lively Root delivered beautiful plants right to my doorstep. They were carefully wrapped and looked very healthy. I'm looking forward to giving them room to grow. They also offered excellent customer service when there was some confusion around my shipping address. I will definitely shop at Lively Root again.

I ordered roses for my mother for Mother's Day. Shortly after placing the order, I received a prompt response letting me know that Lively Root had just run out of the specific rose I had chosen. They offered me the option to select a different variety or receive a credit. I chose to go with another rose, but due to the small size of the company, the exchange was not processed right away. After waiting for a follow-up and not hearing back, I reached out again. The issue was resolved about a week later, and the order was expedited. The customer service representative was kind and helpful, and once they stepped in, things moved quickly. Today, my mother received her gift and was absolutely thrilled. She couldn’t stop talking about how beautifully the roses were packaged and how impressed she was with their quality. Thank you, Lively Root, for turning a rocky start into a truly beautiful and happy ending.

Use Lively Root often for gifts. This time, I put the wrong delivery address. Customer service over chat was on point and it was changed right away AND followed up with a picture of the fix. 10/10 experience.

I recently bought a $60 plant from Lively Root for my son but accidentally had it sent to myself! Lively Root was wonderful and immediately sent another plant to my son for only $20! The one that I received was in a beautiful pot and was full and healthy looking. My only concern is that it was smaller than I expected. But I would definitely buy from Lively Root again.

Placed an order as a gift and my phone freaked out and forgot to add the gift message. Not to mention, I accidentally addressed it to myself… User error. I realize this a day later and the wonderful team at lively root got right on it. They changed the address and added the gift message for me. Friendly and thoughtful and professional throughout the process. Very happy with this company, their customer service, and their product!(:

The plant showed up in immaculate condition. And the customer service was beyond amazing!

Livelyroot.com is very promptly responsive and provided me thorough and comprehensive, easy to understand planting and repotting tips that needed for my houseplants!

I bought two plants (a button fern and a lipstick plant) that both arrived faster than expected. Some of the branches of my lipstick plant were broken so I emailed some pictures to the company and they quickly mailed me a replacement plant. That one also arrived broken (I think vine-like plants don’t travel well), so they gave me a credit towards a new plant. Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much! I plan to buy many more plants from you guys!
