LiveAgent is good solution for CS and work with it is easy. We have overview of requests and after all set up behind is finished will be perfect. 1 star less from my side is for reporting. Complicated processes within company is difficult to follow in numbers. I hope that it will change in the future.

LiveAgent has been a great asset to our organisation. We have experienced a few bugs around adding profile images and creating chat invitations but support have assured us these are being worked on. We particuarly like the ability to be able to track which pages our visitors are viewing so we can invite them to chat accordingly and the fact it is a web-based system so we can use it anywhere in the world.

LiveAgent allows an easy solution between customer/potential client with he chat and help desk features. It is great for communication and tracking agents progress with each ticket. The price point for this product is great and many features are provided as standard compared to competition.

I have recently signed up to the free trial of Live Agent, and already I am suitably impressed, the software functions well, and the customer service is excellent. Hi would recommend this product

Gotta love this service. 1 star missing because of some limits related to API. UPDATE (13.02.2017): Not sure if it's appropriate to list all the wishes here but hey, here goes: * time reports via API. It would be handy to fetch those via API also. I miss the chance to export billable records to our billing system. * elapsed time from ticket creation to first resolve. And also elapsed time from reopen to next resolve. All this implemented so, that it takes into account defined business hours. SLA's are very important to many customers. Also, many times they wish some sort of custom reporting outside LiveAgent reporting, that's why I'm after these features :) But like said, this is great tool. Please contact me directly to discuss these NFR :)
