I got these for my mother
I got these for my mother, and they are very good. We have experienced some problems but these are related to her dementia, being able to hear has been a help.

I thank listen clear should of done more than charge me 99.00 Dollers A hearing aid when I had problems with them. I gauess your jest out for the money.

I could hear well when I received my hearing aids.. I.m having some trouble when using the phone now,

Ms. Scealf - We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. It might be a cleaning issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. If your issue persists, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

Mr. Bowers - We're sorry you're having issues with the hearing aids. If this is a new issue, the white tips need to be cleaned. Take the off the receiver wires once a week and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. If this is an ongoing issue, you need a larger white tip in that ear. Please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

Initial service was prompt and…
Initial service was prompt and responsive. It would help to have online resources available for any problem resolution or to acquire parts and service. Currently as I know all customer services are only available through phone contact. This was my experience when I had to have a connector replaced for one hearing aid. My needs were handled efficiently but online contact would have been more convenient. Now I need ear bud replacements. How do I contact ListenClear?

These hearing aids were good ones for…
These hearing aids were good ones for my husband. He had a problem with the tips tearing, but that may have been because his ears produce surplus wax. Thank you for your good customer service. Lavon and Beth Haden
