My experience with Line2 has been very poor. Customer service is totally lacking, difficult to get a hold of anybody and when I do they have no solutions. My texting has never worked and they have been unable to correct the issue. I had high hopes because the service sounded good but unfortunately it has not gone well. Can't recommend, sorry.

Had it for a year and just realized many of our text messages do not go out. I tried to send some to my staffs cells and nothing. What a bunch of crap. So pissed.

My account was deactivated after my bank flagged the payment as a possible scam and I missed a single payment. Due to this, I cannot log in to make a payment and the only way to do so is to call customer support, but I have reached out multiple times and been hung up on before being able to talk to anyone.

The service is good but the issue is once you start the membership with them you cannot cancel it as there is no option to do that so you get stuck with them. They won't even reply to the mails and calling on customer care number will always result in your call getting dropped.
