Highly Recommended! I and six friends were picked up at Newark and taken to Times Square then returned to the airport four days later. Their service was fantastic.

The limo was about 10 minutes late for pick up

2nd time using this company, competitive rates!! Great customer service!! Drivers ALWAYS ON TIME AND ACCOMMODATES MY REQUEST!! The only thing that kept me from giving it the highest rating is the day of they notified me the HUMMER limo I requested was out of service and I had no choice but to take the one they had, it was still nice and seated all the kids and got the job done as far as the “wow factor” however having previously used their hummer I could clearly tell the difference between the two, Hummer is MUCH MORE NICER!!

I received a call 2 hrs prior to my pick up time advising me that the limo I reserved broke down which put a damper on the beginning of my night as I was concerned as to whether I had transportation for 20. But MGM did manage to make accommodations but I still had to worry up until 30 min prior to our original pick up time.

We have used this company multiple times, they offer a fair price, are flexible with my organization and do their best to take care of us. Our youth group has recently returned from a trip from California to New Mexico, and we did face some unexpected circumstances that could have been prevented with a thorough check of the bus prior departure, but the drivers did their best to take care of us. We had to get in contact with the owner of the company to take care of the situation, but he did, and we were on the road again soon. The outlets, wi-fi, and tv's worked, and the bathroom remained nicely scented the entire time! yay!

Everything was great except for a mishap in the beginning with the aux cord

The driver was on time and took us where we wanted to go but he was not super friendly.
