I received excellent guidance and Explanation regarding a track lighting system purchased 17 years ago that Had developed a problem. The salesman was patient and informed and Saved me a trip to the store The product arrived quickly and worked.

In my recent purchase, my salesman was great but have visited the store before and did not have such a great experience. prices could be a bit more competitive though.

suddenly my light stopped working and they contacted the manufacturer for me and had it taken care of. It required a number of follow up calls but people were very friendly and helpful.

I ordered an outdoor light fixture to match the existing ones on my house when I was having some home renovation done. The price was great and the ordering process was easy. The only problem was that the light was on back order so I ordered it in July & they told me it would be September before I got it! LBG was great though, they told me that right away & offered a refund or a different light. I elected to wait for the match & finally got it in November! I did have to contact them once or twice to make sure it was coming & each time they were prompt in reassuring me & offering alternatives. Once the light arrived it was in perfect condition & matched the existing lights.

Always a great selection to choose from. Friendly, knowledgeable service and advice. Delivery took a little longer than promised, but not a big deal.
