Chelsea Ann was super helpful! She called back when agreed, explained everything clearly, answered all my (many!) questions clearly and patiently, and was all around pleasant to talk to. I hope the rest of the experience is as positive and that the medication works as it’s supposed to because if so, it’s saving me a lot of money, helping with my health, and ending a battle I’ve been fighting for almost two years. Well done so far!

I’m grateful for the prompt response from Rebecca email. I made her aware that I have made several attempts to call and that the call was terminated numerous times by the automated service. I tried again in the evening and was on hold almost 2 hours when Rebecca jumped into gear after receiving an email from me. I received a call to resolve my concerns. Thank you Rebecca!
