My order was due to arrive before my trip. I recieved a notice from UPS not leathal that it had been canceled. I called and the rep said Oh let me check. He said it would be shipped tomorrow. It didnt ship for two days later.

my order says it was delivered but Its nowhere to be found! and the bullshit shipping protection company won't let you file for atleast 10 days. Fedex is the worst fn delivery company on the planet no idea why any reputable company would use them.

I can see where the confusion happened here, but I want to clarify a few things. The product title clearly states "**ECU Cover Backing Plate ONLY," our description specifically mentions "**If you already have our ECU cover and are looking to add the backing plate, this is what you need," AND there's a disclaimer right under the image stating "**All images are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary." We use the installed images for small pieces like this to show how the part fits and functions - this is standard practice across the industry to help customers understand what they're buying and how it works. The disclaimer is there specifically to avoid this exact situation. We get that online shopping can be tricky sometimes, and reading product details isn't always the most exciting part of building your ride. But those details and disclaimers are there for exactly this reason - to make sure you get what you actually need. I would love to give a review but is taking 5 to 6 weeks to get my headers for my mustang... But hey I got the bolts right away

We totally get the frustration. We shipped the bolts right away because those were in stock, but unfortunately, the headers are a different story. Quite a few parts like headers are in huge demand right now, and manufacturers are having a hard time keeping up. We try our best to communicate those delays up front, but sometimes even we don’t get clear timelines from the source. Trust us, we’d ship them right now if we could. these people screwed me over, destroyed parts and blamed it on everyone else. they state they are perfect and never do wrong. sorry but none of us are perfect. they ruined over $10k in parts, now my engine is toast. arrogance is the worst thing you can do. now i have to replace a perfectly good motor because they screwed me and have no concence but screw you, we don't care. the shop needs to be burned to the ground.
