If I could give this a -10 I would … Terrible cheap product and a waste of money ! I wouldn’t buy this for $10 at Walmart if I saw it ! I asked for a refund and wanted to return it and with zero consideration they said it was what I ordered and would not offer any type of return ! Don’t buy this junk ! $54 down the drain!

You kept INSISTING I show you a photo of my credit card…to confirm who I was…my credit union said ABSOLUTELY NOT…my accountant said ABSOLUTELY NOT…so YOU cancelled my ordered…I tell anyone who will listen to NOT shop with you…and I’m done

Hi Cathy, It is a necessary step to verify card owners for high-value orders. Please be advised that all we want is to provide the benefit of both buyer and seller and avoid card fraud. Furthermore, we only requested the last four digits of your card, definitely NOT the entire number. And because you refused to verify the information, we regret that we must cancel the order for security reasons.

I am very disappointed in the final spotted pictures even on the faces of the dog and also upset about the 3 month wait to get it. I cannot give a good rating due to the 2 problems plus others. ----------------answer to response below ---------- The spots are everywhere and not snow. I started my order in April and Leo said they found my order in their Spam. -------- Got it in late July FULL of spots in the dog's face, back, background, etc. and on every one of the 9 pictures and none of them were in any of the preview (proof) pictures I approved and if you look, there are no spots on any of the many pictures in the ads.

Dear Tom, We are sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed working with us, I have looked at your item and found that they are not spots but snow effect that also shows in the photo showing on our website. In addition, we produce the item right after getting your confirmation and the item was delivered within 20 days. Perhaps you should check the information again. Thanks for your time in this process. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if there is anything we can assist you with.

Leo’s bedding does not stand behind their product! The product does not look like the examples shown online. I sent pictures to them showing them the differences of what I received and what was advertised. They apologized and basically said to bad! Now I am stuck with 3 blankets that are cheesy and not what I ordered. Very disappointed!😪

Nightmare! This company says they stand behind their product, their "Easy Returns Policy" is impossible to work with. They state "If you are not satisfied with purchase, contact us first and we will guide you through the steps". They will play games with you and have you send photos, those photos will not be good enough and they will ask for a different angle, a different lighting, etc. They will state the reason the image is "Blurry" is because it is supposed to look like a "painting", there is no mention of this in the description or I would not have ordered to begin with. You will send photos and send photos-though they do not specify you have to give a reason for being unsatisfied. I was told "sorry", no further explanation just my return request was not good enough. I cannot tell the everything per the feedback guidelines and the possibility of removal but needed for everyone know that if you buy, you cannot return, you are stuck with a quilt that will be the most expensive dog bedding you have ever bought. ( disclosure, if things change, I will gladly update a new and better rating).
