1st time user...price was the most competitive and the service was good overall. Website once order is placed however leaves something to be desired. Little to no updated information as to the status of purchase and no information on order shipping status.

I searched for the best prices on my contacts and Lens Direct beat them all. Online and locally. What really seals the deal is the customer service. I had to have these contacts in less than 7 days, and when I ordered, the rep on the chat could not commit due to having to check on backorders. However, that same person made sure that they tracked and personally kept me informed proactively. I got my order and received great service at a great price. Will do more contact lens purchases with them!
