I ordered from LensDirect on Dec 7th and was told my order would arrive in 5-7 business days. Then on Dec 15th I got another email saying my order had shipped and would arrive on or before Dec 23rd. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait an extra week to get my new contacts, but I also understand that it was pretty close to Christmas time so I have a hard time believing any original ship date :) Other than that I would definitely recommend LensDirect. Their website is super user friendly and I immediately got confirmation emails for every step of the way. I was VERY impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.

Took longer than expected , other than that great service and contacts arrived in good condition can't complain. Will be recommending to everyone that orders contacts online . First time purchasing and will continue ;)

Hi There, Initially I was elated when told my contacts would be delivered by a Friday when I called in on a Monday. Yet, when Friday came and went and Saturday's mail also didn't show up with contacts, I called in and checked on my usps order and received no information on its status. My enthusiasm for lensdirect diminished. And I was quite upset since I had specifically told you that I really needed the order by Friday. I had to go without contacts that weekend. Please ensure you deliver on your word. Warmest, Vy ---- Post Review: Thank you for your prompt response! I appreciated that you responded with a deduction on my next order and priority shipping. I understand now that the holidays likely played a role. I just hope that in the future, your team can let your 24hr service team know this information so that when a customer calls, they won't be met with just the.. "there's no information I can give you" statement. Thank you again.

I ordered two pairs of Halloween contacts, both are amazing and feel just like regular contacts. After I ordered them, though, I received an email saying that the contacts I ordered were out of stock and I would not receive them or be charged. I quickly ordered two more pair from another website, as I needed some for my Halloween costume, and later that day got an email from lens direct that my order had been shipped. This was the only issue, causing me to spend more money than I had originally planned. I do love the contacts I ordered from here, though.

My experience with my contacts that I purchased at lens direct has been pleasant, as long as the use of contacts are not abused in any sense the experience should be a good one a hygienic one. Our eyes are of utmost importance we must take care of them, use your contacts as recommended.
